What is a Turkey PSA Share?
A PSA (Producer-Supervised Agriculture) share means you partner with the farm before harvest. You reserve your bird upfront, we raise it on open pasture with no pharmaceuticals or shortcuts, and you pick it up just in time for Thanksgiving. You know exactly where your turkey came from.
When is pickup?
Pickup is Tuesday, November 24, 2026 — on farm in Williamsburg, MI. That's the day before Thanksgiving, so your bird arrives fresh and ready. We'll send full address and directions when your reservation is confirmed.
What size turkey will I get?
Our pasture-raised turkeys average 14–18 lbs — a great size for most family Thanksgiving tables. Because these are real birds raised naturally, exact weights vary slightly. You'll receive a whole bird, processed and ready for your oven.
How does pricing work? Is there a deposit?
Each whole turkey is $99. A $10 deposit per bird is collected at reservation — the remaining $89 is due at pickup on November 24. Spots are limited and go fast. No hidden fees, no surprises at the door.
